For all we know... ;-)

So far, OK naman. May nagawa na ako pero di pa talaga kumpleto. Ang hirap kaya mag analyze ng isang sculpture. Buti sana kung painting, eh hindi.

Sana tulungan ako ni Bro..sana nga talaga.
Parang gusto kung tumigil sa pag-ikot ang mundo and at the same time gusto ko January 7 na para tapos na lahat. Pero hindi eh. After January 7 eh may mas marami pang naghihintay na challenge sa amin. Alam ko. Marami pa akong dapat matutunan...mahaba pa ang lalakarin.

Pagod na ako pero sige lang, go lang ng go. For we all know na ganito naman talaga ang buhay, diba?

Don't stop when you're tired. Stop when you're done.

The Joy of Writing by Wislawa Szymborska

Why does this written doe bound through these written woods?
For a drink of written water from a spring
whose surface will xerox her soft muzzle?
Why does she lift her head; does she hear something?
Perched on four slim legs borrowed from the truth,
she pricks up her ears beneath my fingertips.
Silence-this word also rustles across the page
and parts the boughs
that have sprouted from the word "woods."
Lying in wait, set to pounce on the blank page,
are letters up to no good,
clutches of clauses so subordinate
they'll never let her get away.
Each drop of ink contains a fair supply
of hunters, equipped with squinting eyes behind their sights,
prepared to swarm the sloping pen at any moment,
surround the doe, and slowly aim their guns.
They forget that what's here isn't life.
Other laws, black on white, obtain.
The twinkling of an eye win take as long as I say,
and will, if I wish, divide into tiny eternities,
full of bullets stopped in mid-flight.
Not a thing will ever happen unless I say so.
Without my blessing, not a leaf will fall,
not a blade of grass wig bend beneath that little hoof's full stop.
Is there then a world
where I rule absolutely on fate?
A time I bind with chains of signs?
An existence become endless at my bidding?
The joy of writing.
The power of preserving.
Revenge of a mortal hand.

Back on Track

I woke up around eight in the morning...breakfast! It was a yummy breakfast coz mama serve my all-tive favorite Fiesta ham with its pineapple sauce. I really love the taste ever since. It's like Christmas or New Year won't be complete without Fiesta ham served in the table. Haha.

After the merriment of yesterday's Christmas celebration, I am back on track. Meaning, I have to be back on working with our English 41 Pre-lim Project. Uhhh...I hate making project in the middle of Christmas break. And...I still have to study my lessons coz there are still other subjects that are not done yet with the Prelim exam.

Midnight Mass & Christmas Eve

Last Night, December 24, my father, mother, and I attended the Midnigth Mass at our chapel, Holy Cross Chapel. We went there at around nine PM just so to have a seat because at times like this, usually the chapel is full of people and when you're late, you barely get a seat. The mass was suppose to start at around ten PM but it did not start at that time. The mass goers were already waiting for Fr. Glenn, who at that time has still a mass at Green Heights. As I observe, some were already snoozing. Some were like asking to the person beside them, "Where's Father? It's alreadty ten-thrity.". I know some of them can't wait for the mass to start coz they still have things to do at home. Maybe they have visitors waiting for them at home, etc. While waiting for the mass to start, I grab the oppurtunity to personally greet my friends throught text one by one. I am so happy that I easily got registered to TM ASTIGTXT10. haha. :) While sending messages, my inbox is flooding with messages from friends, greeting me 'Merry Christmas!'. I got personal messages too! :).

Finally at around quarter to eleven PM, Father arrived and then the mass started immediately. I like the entrance song. It was a Visayan Christmas song. The choir keep on repeating the chorus part that I almost memorize the lyrics and get the tune.

During the homily, Fr. Glenn talked about the song 'The Twelve Days of Christmas'. He says that behind that song, underlies the symbol and meaning of each of the gifts in twelve days. According to him, it's actually base from the teachings of Christ. It has biblical impact.

So I wanna talk about it one by one.

On the first day of Christmas
my true love sent to me...

A partridge in a Pear Tree
Meaning: Jesus Christ

Two turtle doves
Meaning: Old & New Testament

Three French hens
Meaning: stood for faith, hope, and love

Four calling birds
Meaning: Four Evangelist/Gosples
Matthew, Mark, Luke, & John

Five Golden Rings
Meaning: Torah or Law, the first five books of the Old Testament

Six geese a-laying
Meaning: Six days of creation

Seven swans a-swimming
Meaning: Seven Sacraments

Eight maids a milking
Meaning: the eight beatitudes

Nine ladies dancing
Meaning:nine fruits of the Holy Ghost:
Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, Self-control

Ten lords a-leaping
Meaning:  Ten Commandments

Eleven pipers piping
Meaning: Eleven faithful disciples

Twelve drummers drumming
Meaning: symbolized the twelve points of belief in the Apostles' Creed.

It was only then that I knew that there lies a meaning in the song '12 Days of Christmas'.
It's good to know new things especially when it deals about our spiritual aspect & belief.

And then after the mass, of course we went to our home to celebrate the Christmas Eve with family and relatives. By the way, it was already past-twelve when the Mass finished. Fireworks were already booming and making noise even just before the mass ended.

It was so scary when we walk home because there were by-standers lighting up kwitis. I was scared coz you don't know where will that kwitis will land.

When we arrived home, the people at home were sleeping except for my brother who was busy playing computer games and two of my cousins who were playing at the sala. The rest were at the room...snoozing!!!

Merry Christmas

This day, the whole wide world is celebrating the birth of our Savior Lord Jesus Christ.
So, it's Christmas all over the world!

Happy Birthday Bro!

I have always thought of Christmas time, when it has come round, as a good time; a kind, forgiving, charitable time; the only time I know of, in the long calendar of the year, when men and women seem by one consent to open their shut-up hearts freely, and to think of people below them as if they really were fellow passengers to the grave, and not another race of creatures bound on other journeys.  ~Charles Dickens

Beverly Hills, 90210

Originally based around the lives of a group of high school students living in the wealthy Beverly Hills neighborhood, then later moving on to their college days as they got older. The kids become friends and enemies, fall in and out of love, and go through an endless series of crises as this small group somehow becomes personally involved in every newsworthy social issue from alcoholism to South African apartheid to pregnancy to AIDS.

can't wait to watch the whole episode! I'm still on episode one.

Hang Out Tuesday

This day...

I hang out with the GC today. There was Dafodille, Rhean, Dimple, and Argielene. Unfortunately, Siena can't go with us and Hazel too.

So we went to SM...check on some things at the department store...then we went to Quantum. Dafodille, Dimple and Argielene had videoke while me and Rhean played on the dance revo and dance maniax. it's been a long time since I last played the dance revo that's why I flunk the last time I play with Rexter. I sweat all over after we play.

After playing games in Quantum, we went to LimKetkai Mall. Dimple has something to buy at Ketz. Then we went into some buotique. I bought my all-time favourite pearl shake, Zagu. This time, I tried on Choco Crumble. It tasted good. YUM! :)

Rhean, Dimple, Arg went inside the Expression while me and Daf went into a sport boutique. I accompany Daf to buy a Nike lanyard for her sporty friend.

Then went into some buotiques again...and then....serendipity happens!! Haha.

went to Divisoria to buy some dvd...I bought Beverky Hills presents 90210. This is my first time to buy an American series.

Went home...hahahayss....so tired!!!!

Bullying bystanders suffer too

LONDON (UPI) -- Students who watch peers be verbally or physically abused by another student could become as psychologically distressed as the victim, British researchers say.

Lead author Ian Rivers of Brunel University and colleagues surveyed 2,002 students ages 12-16 at 14 schools in England. The students indicated whether they had committed, witnessed or been the victim of any of name-calling, kicking, hitting, rumor-mongering or threatened violence during the previous nine-week school term and, if so, how often.

The study, published in Psychology Quarterly, found 63 percent said they witnessed peers being bullied, 34 percent said they had been victims of bullying and 20 percent said they had been perpetrators. About 28 percent said they were completely uninvolved in any bullying episodes.

Students who witnessed bullying were more likely to report greater psychological distress than those students who were bullies or victims.

"It's well documented that children and adolescents who are exposed to violence within their families or outside of school are at a greater risk for mental health problems than those children who are not exposed to any violence," Rivers said in a statement. "It should not be a surprise that violence at school will pose the same kind of risk."

Christmas Party Like No Other

 Last December 18, Friday, the JPIA had a Christmas party at Lantaw Restaurant, Upper Carmen, Cagayan de Oro. Of course we were there. The whole place was occupied by the JPIANs so I think Sir rented the whole place. It was then that I realized that there were many of us JPIANs. Some looked new to me. :-)

We had dinner first since it's already eight and I think most of us were starving already. The line for the food was so long that even before I reached the table for food, hurot na ang lechon. Bukog nalang. But there were other food and I enjoy it.

After dinner...we had our exchanging gifts. Nag drama mode pa gyud ko kay wala daw ko'y gift. chaka. Haha. Basta...unexpected kaayo. I don't have any idea gyud kung kinsa naka-bunot sa ako. Ayay...si Eman man diay. Churva kau. Haha. Nabunotan diay nako kay si Mitch. I hope she like my gift kay dili to basta2x...mahal to busa sakit sa akong part na ihatag so. It was supposed to be a birthday gift for my friend but unfortunately, wala nako nahatag sa iya.

And then the band started to play from the stage. ,Ay ang place diay kay naai mga cottage. Kami kay naa sa isa ka cottage. .> And then we groove to the music. We're so noisy and all... we gone almost wild. Basta kay, enjoy kaayo mi.

Next was the highlight of the event--- the Christmas Caroling Contest. ACB was the first presenter. Although we only had a single period for our practice, medyo chada man pud among pag present and chada pud ang pag voice beat ni Jess...sabay pud kaayo sa tono. Our caroling was a bit lengthy pero nice man pud among mga songs maski dili mi tanan chada ug voice.Maski medyo ulaw na keu didto sa stage kay go, go, go lang jaoun sa pagkanta.

Then back to the cottage...picture2x....chikka....

And then we decided to go home since it's already late na, around 10 pm and my father already gave me call, telling me to go home.

We decided na mag-taxi nalang mi since wala najud masakyan na jeep. Grabe among sabot2x na mag-taxi and we ended up riding on a motorela. As in...nasigo mi sa isa ka motorela. Si James kay naglingkod sa atop sa rela. Tapos, sabak2x nalang daun sa sulod sa rela. By the way, nag-una ug uli silang Eman ug Kharl.
Basta, nice kaayo mag sakay sa rela. Taman ra ko sa Cathedral. And then I bid good-bye to my blockmates. Most probably next year (2010) na nako sila makit-an utro.

Garfield Christmas

Weeee! Christmas is near!
I am excited of the gifts I'll be receiving.

Sunday is Rest day

It's nice to wake up late in the morning; when the sun is already rising and its golden rays passed through the window of the room. I miss waking up late. For several days, I've been going to sleep late and waking up early. Hate it.

Anyways, I really feel good today. Yeah. It's Christmas break; a time to relax and enjoy coz when we get back to school by January, there will be lot of school works again and again and again.

yeah...i'm currently enjoying the not so hot weather today.

dead-tired

Waaahhh!

I am dead-tired... I feel like I am going to collapse any time now. I am very exhausted. I had only two hours of sleep. I should blame myself for drinking Cobra energy drink. I knew that Cobra would give me some energy to stay awake at night but apparently I can hardly sleep. It was already around two in the morning and I'm still awake.

Ang resulta...bilar gihapon!

I was so sleepy during the first three subjects in the morning and I can hardly concentrate on the discussion.

I haven't got my lunch at this moment. Me and three of my classmates decided to make a research first on our English assignment(again!) before we eat our lunch meal.

Hays.

Hays.

well, wala nako'y mabuhat.

Poems by John Donne

I love John Donne's poems.
So, here are some of his poems.

THE TRIPLE FOOL

    I am two fools, I know,
    For loving, and for saying so
        In whining poetry ;
But where's that wise man, that would not be I,
        If she would not deny ?
Then as th' earth's inward narrow crooked lanes
    Do purge sea water's fretful salt away,
I thought, if I could draw my pains
    Through rhyme's vexation, I should them allay.
Grief brought to numbers cannot be so fierce,
For he tames it, that fetters it in verse.     But when I have done so,
    Some man, his art and voice to show,
        Doth set and sing my pain ;
And, by delighting many, frees again
        Grief, which verse did restrain.
To love and grief tribute of verse belongs,
    But not of such as pleases when 'tis read.
Both are increasèd by such songs,
    For both their triumphs so are published,
And I, which was two fools, do so grow three.
Who are a little wise, the best fools be.

LOVERS' INFINITENESS.

IF yet I have not all thy love,
Dear, I shall never have it all ;
I cannot breathe one other sigh, to move,
Nor can intreat one other tear to fall ;
And all my treasure, which should purchase thee,
Sighs, tears, and oaths, and letters I have spent ;
Yet no more can be due to me,
Than at the bargain made was meant.
If then thy gift of love were partial,
That some to me, some should to others fall,
    Dear, I shall never have thee all.

Or if then thou gavest me all,
All was but all, which thou hadst then ;
But if in thy heart since there be or shall
New love created be by other men,
Which have their stocks entire, and can in tears,
In sighs, in oaths, and letters, outbid me,
This new love may beget new fears,
For this love was not vow'd by thee.
And yet it was, thy gift being general ;
The ground, thy heart, is mine ; what ever shall
    Grow there, dear, I should have it all.

Yet I would not have all yet.
He that hath all can have no more ;
And since my love doth every day admit
New growth, thou shouldst have new rewards in store ;
Thou canst not every day give me thy heart,
If thou canst give it, then thou never gavest it ;
Love's riddles are, that though thy heart depart,
It stays at home, and thou with losing savest it ;
But we will have a way more liberal,
Than changing hearts, to join them ; so we shall
    Be one, and one another's all.

Confined Love

Some man unworthy to be possessor
Of old or new love, himself being false or weak,
Thought his pain and shame would be lesser
If on womankind he might his anger wreak,
And thence a law did grow,
One might but one man know;
But are other creatures so?

Are Sun, Moon, or Stars by law forbidden
To smile where they list, or lend away their light?
Are birds divorced, or are they chidden
If they leave their mate, or lie abroad a-night?
Beasts do no jointures lose
Though they new lovers choose,
But we are made worse than those.

Who e'er rigged fair ship to lie in harbours
And not to seek new lands, or not to deal withal?
Or built fair houses, set trees, and arbors,
Only to lock up, or else to let them fall?
Good is not good unless
A thousand it possess,
But dost waste with greediness.

Death Be Not Proud

Death be not proud, though some have called thee
Mighty and dreadfull, for, thou art not soe,
For, those, whom thou think'st, thou dost overthrow,
Die not, poore death, nor yet canst thou kill mee.
From rest and sleepe, which but thy pictures bee,
Much pleasure, then from thee, much more must flow,
And soonest our best men with thee doe goe,
Rest of their bones, and soules deliverie.
Thou art slave to Fate, Chance, kings, and desperate men,
And dost with poyson, warre, and sicknesse dwell,
And poppie, or charmes can make us sleepe as well,
And better then thy stroake; why swell'st thou then?
One short sleepe past, wee wake eternally,
And death shall be no more; death, thou shalt die.

Go And Catch A Falling Star

Go and catch a falling star,
Get with child a mandrake root,
Tell me where all past years are,
Or who cleft the devil's foot,
Teach me to hear mermaids singing,
Or to keep off envy's stinging,
And find
What wind
Serves to advance an honest mind.

If thou be'st born to strange sights,
Things invisible to see,
Ride ten thousand days and nights,
Till age snow white hairs on thee,
Thou, when thou return'st, wilt tell me,
All strange wonders that befell thee,
And swear,
No where
Lives a woman true, and fair.

If thou find'st one, let me know,
Such a pilgrimage were sweet;
Yet do not, I would not go,
Though at next door we might meet;
Though she were true, when you met her,
And last, till you write your letter,
Yet she
Will be
False, ere I come, to two, or three.

The Will

BEFORE I sigh my last gasp, let me breathe,
Great Love, some legacies ; I here bequeath
Mine eyes to Argus, if mine eyes can see ;
If they be blind, then, Love, I give them thee ;
My tongue to Fame ; to ambassadors mine ears ;
To women, or the sea, my tears ;
Thou, Love, hast taught me heretofore
By making me serve her who had twenty more,
That I should give to none, but such as had too much before.

My constancy I to the planets give ;
My truth to them who at the court do live ;
My ingenuity and openness,
To Jesuits ; to buffoons my pensiveness ;
My silence to any, who abroad hath been ;
My money to a Capuchin :
Thou, Love, taught'st me, by appointing me
To love there, where no love received can be,
Only to give to such as have an incapacity.

My faith I give to Roman Catholics ;
All my good works unto the Schismatics
Of Amsterdam ; my best civility
And courtship to an University ;
My modesty I give to soldiers bare ;
My patience let gamesters share :
Thou, Love, taught'st me, by making me
Love her that holds my love disparity,
Only to give to those that count my gifts indignity.

I give my reputation to those
Which were my friends ; mine industry to foes ;
To schoolmen I bequeath my doubtfulness ;
My sickness to physicians, or excess ;
To nature all that I in rhyme have writ ;
And to my company my wit :
Thou, Love, by making me adore
Her, who begot this love in me before,
Taught'st me to make, as though I gave, when I do but restore.

To him for whom the passing-bell next tolls,
I give my physic books ; my written rolls
Of moral counsels I to Bedlam give ;
My brazen medals unto them which live
In want of bread ; to them which pass among
All foreigners, mine English tongue :
Though, Love, by making me love one
Who thinks her friendship a fit portion
For younger lovers, dost my gifts thus disproportion.

Therefore I'll give no more, but I'll undo
The world by dying, because love dies too.
Then all your beauties will be no more worth
Than gold in mines, where none doth draw it forth ;
And all your graces no more use shall have,
Than a sun-dial in a grave :
Thou, Love, taught'st me by making me
Love her who doth neglect both me and thee,
To invent, and practise this one way, to annihilate all three.

Song: Soul's Joy Now I Am Gone

SOUL'S joy, now I am gone,
And you alone,
—Which cannot be,
Since I must leave myself with thee,
And carry thee with me—
Yet when unto our eyes
Absence denies
Each other's sight,
And makes to us a constant night,
When others change to light ;
O give no way to grief,
But let belief
Of mutual love
This wonder to the vulgar prove,
Our bodies, not we move.

Let not thy wit beweep
Words but sense deep ;
For when we miss
By distance our hope's joining bliss,
Even then our souls shall kiss ;
Fools have no means to meet,
But by their feet ;
Why should our clay
Over our spirits so much sway,
To tie us to that way?
O give no way to grief, &c.

Aire and Angels

Twice or thrice had I loved thee,
Before I knew thy face or name;
So in a voice, so in a shapelesse flame,  Angells affect us oft, and worship'd bee;  Still when, to where thou wert, I came,
 Some lovely glorious nothing I did see.

But since my soule, whose child love is,
Takes limmes of flesh, and else could nothing doe,
More subtile then the parent is,
Love must not be, but take a body too,
And therefore what thou wert, and who,
I bid Love aske, and now
That it assume thy body, I allow,
And fix it selfe in thy lip, eye, and brow

Whilst thus to ballast love, I thought,
And so more steddily to have gone,
With wares which would sinke admiration,
I saw, I had loves pinnace overfraught,  Every haire for love to worke upon
Is much too much, some fitter must be sought;

For, nor in nothing, nor in things  Extreme, and scatt'ring bright, can love inhere;
Then as an Angell face and wings
Of aire, not pure as it, yet pure doth weare,
So thy love may be my loves spheare;
Just such disparitie  As is twixt Aire and Angells puritie,
'Twixt womens love, and mens will ever bee.

Awatiro!

Last Monday, I visited Bianca Gonzales’ blog at blogspot. My God, her blog was six years old. So, she had it even before she enter Big Brother’s house.

Well anyways, that’s not what I want to talk about. I read some of her entries and as I read her entries or blogs, there was this one entry that I found very funny but it’s true.

She had this funny experience regarding a certain hair gel brand. She read the instruction at the back of the bottle container of the gel and it has wrong grammar daw. It was really funny because it says: apply a spoonful. God, kung mag-apply diay ug gel kay itakos pa sa kutsara??? It found it funny and I can’t help but laugh at the thought. Grabe jud akong ngisi sa atubangan sa monitor to the extent nga natingala na ang SA na nagbantay sa internet lab nganung ga-ngisi ko.

Much funny…

She had a brother who came just from Davao and he shared to her funny names of some establishments in Davao like

Mallengke(Mall/Palengke)
Kini Rogers (pinaka-funny jud ni)
James Tayloring
Harry Cutter

I can’t help but laugh at the names I just read. Since I was at the school lab in the library, I just giggled. Ngisi jud.

Tinood bitaw. Naay mga names na ingon ana. Naa gani:

Jolly Bee Restaurant
Makdo
Pinoy Big Barber
Diordano Fashion
Sonny
Nokla
Mike
Skeechers
And so on and so forth…

Naa ko’y napansin, mga Pinoy bitaw kay hilig kayo mag awat-awat. Awatiro jud. Ayna diha kay labaw pud ka. ^_^

My Prayer

The Serenity Prayer

God grant me the serenity

to accept the things I cannot change;

courage to change the things I can;

and wisdom to know the difference.

Living one day at a time;

Enjoying one moment at a time;

Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;

Taking, as He did, this sinful world

as it is, not as I would have it;

Trusting that He will make all things right

if I surrender to His Will;

That I may be reasonably happy in this life

and supremely happy with Him

Forever in the next.

Amen.

Four Years in XUHS

I would just like to summarize my experience in my four year stay in XUHS. Those years were colorful like every turn of the Kaleidoscope.

FIRST YEAR.

Section: I- St. John Berchmans
Moderator: Ma'am Gloria Manampan
Number of students: 46
My class number: 39

How will you describe your section?
Berchmans? Undescribable!
Well... my section is composed of people with different personalities and background.
We have smart and not-so-smart, homosexuals, straight, thin, fat, fast, slow, holy, devil/demonic, athletes, artists, singer, dancer...sagol gyud. My section is a general section so expect that halo-halo gyud ang mga studyante. Gubot siy pero ok lang. Medyo labad mi nga klase...medyo lang. Even though, it makes my first year a good year for me. Full of suprises and twists. Charmoos.

Favorite Teacher:
I don't know if there was any vut if there was, maybe it was Sir Fredyl, my Filipino teacher. He was a kind and nice teacher.

Terror Teacher:
Si ******
I am really scared of her and I don't like her. The reason why I don't like her it's because she always say bad words (teacher bya) and she always insult us and keep on telling us that we're dumb head or in Bisaya 'bugok'. i don't know i that was meant to motivate us but as  I see it, it was meant to demotivte us and made us hate her more. And the worst thing is, everyday, her subject is our first class. So murag, buntag palang, bad trip na imong adlaw!

Unforgettable Moments:

Daghan gyud pero ang dili nako makalimtan kay katong gipagawas mi duha sa akong classmate na itago nalang nato sa pangalan na Charlie ni Ma'am Science sa klase. Sala gyud ni Charlie.

So here's the story:
Science teacher: Ok Class, get 1/4 sheet of paper. Pls. don't give those who don't have a paper.

Of course, I have a paper but my seatmate who was Charlie doesn't have. And so, he asked from me a piece of paper but I hesitated to give him one. He insisted and then suddenly, Ma'am heard us talking and...
teacher: You two, go out from the classroom.

I was so shocked! And of course, I can do nothing about it and then I left the room together with Charlie. Kahilakon jud kaayo ko kay first time nako gipa-gawas sa classroom tapos dili pa gyud nako sala. Nadamay lang ko ni Charlie. tst.

Naka-sense si Charlie na kahilakon ko.
Charlie: Oy, Sorry na. Ayaw'g hilak diha.
Me: Da, samuk keo ka. Sala man gud ni nimo Charlie.
-Ulaw pa gyud kaayo kay naay naka-kita from other sections since open man ang door.

Achievements:

Hmmm...I did not make it to the honor's list even if I tried to. Well, it was an adjusting year for me. Na-shock lang ko sa demand sa Xavier. Grabe nga schoolworks!!!

One thing that I will consider as an achievement was when our section won as champion in the first year basketball girls. I was one of the basketball players during intrams. I don't know everything about basketball. All i knew was to run in the court, pass the ball, and shoot. Playing basketball was really tiring but it was also FUN. :-) It was worth fighting for until the end.

SECOND YEAR

Section: II- St. Peter Claver (pronounced as Kla-ver)
Moderator: Ms. Jubby Car Lusing (now she's Mrs. Jubby Car Lusing-Nery)
No. of students: 40 plus something
class number: 38

How will you describe your section?

Well, Claver is kind of a warshock section...as in! Even me myself can't understand my section. Grabe ka gubot and at the same time labad. We're number one at the PS office. Most of our teachers don't like our section (sad reality). There were instances when our teacher went out the room and cried. Despite the negative things, we remain strong through out the year. Our bonding was different.

Favorite teacher: Ma'am Yeban, our math teacher. She was so kind and so generous in giving grades that's why I like it. My grade in math progressed. When I was in first year, my grade in math were just around 85, 87, 86... In my second year, my grades in math were in 90 plus. I am so happy!

Terror teacher: hmmmmm.....can't remember.

Favorite subject: Biology, English, and History.

Biology-- I just like it...especially on our lessons about the human body systems.
English-- I  like it...ever since grade school.
History-- I like hisory coz it was like I'm journeying back to the past...to the time of Lao Tzu and more...

Unforgettable Moment:

so many to mention??

Achievement:

For the first time in my life in Xavier, I made it to the honor's list (third honor). I was one of the top students in class.

Won 2nd runner up in the Science Quiz Bee with two of my classmates.

Life is a Pencil

I  decided to change my blog title From 'The Living Journal' to 'Life is a Pencil.'... Wala lang. Trip lang. I got the inspiration Michael Bauzon, a Mindanaoan artist. Has has this website/blog entitled 'Life is a Canvas.'. The blog title is very much related to him as an artist/painter. That's why I decided to change my blog title so that it can somehow relate to me being a blogger. Although you don't use a pencil to blog but it is something you use when you write and it has something to do with me who personally likes writing. (Charmoos ginamoos) uber.

uber na ni.

A, B, C, D

bonjiorno!
(halooo...yey, naka-sulod ra gyud ko. Kaulit keo gahapon kay wala ko naka sign-in sa blog nako. Ambot nganu to. )

Dapat jud mag focus nako sa accounting kay I'm one of those who were given a chance to retake accounting 4. Yah, balikan nako ang accounting 4 and naa mi remedial class every Saturday. Sakit man sa kabobot-on pero kailangan dawaton. chaka.

I am not after C nor D. Man, that's mediocrity! Grado pa ba na?? I always aim for an A or A-. But in a subject like accounting where you're brain will really be put into a challenging test, swerte na gyud ng maka C or D. According to them, gahi na daw gani ng maka-kuha ug C. So now, gina value na nako ang C ug D. But it's not good to say pud na C or D or B- lang imong kaya. Dapat didto jud ka sa A. Possible man na makuha ang A pero ...pero....speechless.

Basta, dapat jud mupasar nako sa accounting 4...dapat maka A or A- ko sa accounting 5. dpat lng gyud. Dapat ko mu-survive. Hahays.......

bow.

SENIOR YEAR

4-BL. RUPERT MAYER

It's inevitable.
We have to part in able for us to grow.

----
My senior year was definitely
a year full of blast, twist, and adventure!
Oh yeah, I miss those times staying at the room
after class...just sitting down and talk about life & concerns.
I miss those people who keep on making my day
well, not so good day. Haha.
I miss those voices who keep on calling by my last name
even if I already told them to call me by my nickname.
I miss my beadle board.
I miss my locker.
I miss checking attendance and signing the attendance list.
I miss everything about IV-Mayer.

XAVIER FESTIVAL DAYS

@ XU Soccierfield
It's a time to relax...
to enjoy...
to relish the moment...
to be with friends...
to share...
to reminisce...
to fill up the nostalgia...
Even for the little time that we had, we didn't let the oppurtunity pass to be together again. So, it was sort of a reunion. I miss my friends especially the GC(Ginamoz Clan).

Hey! I'm still alive.

bonjiorno!

It's been a long, long time since my last post in this blog. It was still during the first sem. Long time, no post. Sorry for that.

I am so busy with a lot of things and it has always something to do with school work---endless and tiring shool works. Well, it's part of a student's life.

Well anyways...
Uhmmm...unsa gani to akong istoryahon?
Ahh...
Yeah. It's already second sem and it's already the month of December. Time pass so swiftly and quietly as if we didn't notice it as it passes by.

TALKING ABOUT STUDIES.
So far, ok pa except for some subjects like actg 5 and math(stat). The subjects were the same as last sem's but with just different course description.
ASSESMENT.
Math14(Stat)- Hmm...I can comprehend sir's discussion but it's a little bit difficult or maybe I just don't want to study it (for someone like me who hates math..:->)
Actg 5- we just had our very first discussion in actg5 this morning since we still continue tackling some chapters that were not tackled in actg4.
Philo15-..Philosophy of Man. I lik it coz we have the same teacher as last sem's.
Econ 65- Microeconomics...so far, OK. Although I am so sleepy at this time (2PM), I can still catch up on the discussion. We're more o the introduction yet.
BA2- Organizational Behavior(OB).. I like it coz it's like psychology...it's all about how people behave in an organization. I like my teacher too. She's nice.
RS35- Church and Sacraments. I had this when I was in third year high school but this is more deep.
PE4- My last PE subject in college...Volleyball!
And last but definitely not the least...
Eng41- Arts & Humanities. When I knew that I'll be taking arts and humanities, I was really excited coz I thought that I'll be enjoying it. Only to find out that it's all abut analyzing essays, paintings, and other works of art. Plus, our teacher keep on giving assignments in essay form. OMG! That's why I have to stay up late at night, cramming up for words that would add to the 5-line rule. But you know what's good with this, I learned to use new words. I have to use the thesaurus every now and then just to replace those common words I use. Also, I was able to excercise my writing skill ( as if I am a good writer). I'm enjoying it now...hahaha. My teacher is professional in terms of teaching even though she just graduated years ago.

That's It.

Bow.
