I have summer classes and one of my subjects is Foreign Language- Mandarin. I really enjoy my Mandarin class although sometimes I got tongue-tied. Lao shi (teacher) thought us two Mandarin songs which are Peng You and Mo Li Hua (Jasmine Flower).
Here are the Chinese lyrics:
Peng You
zhe xie nian yi ge ren
Feng ye guo yu ye zou
You guo lei you guo cuo
Hai ji de jian chi shen me
Zhan ai guo chai hui tong
Hui ji mo hui hui shou
Zhong you meng zhong you ni
Zai xin zhong
** peng you yi shen yi chi zou
Na xie re zhi bu zhai you
Yi ju hua, yi bei zhi
Yi shen ching, yi bei jiu
Peng you bu cheng gu tan gou
Yi shen peng you ni hui dong
Hai you shang, hai you tong
Hai yao zou
Hai you wo
Mo Li Hua
hao iy duo mei li de mo li hua 2x
fen fang mei li man zhi ya
you xiang you bai ren ren kua
rang wo lai jiang ni zhai xia
song gei bie ren jia
mo li hua ya mo li hua
English translation of Mo Li Hua
Such a beautiful Jasmine flower 2x
sweet smelling, beautiful, stems are full of buds
fragrant and white, everyone praises
let me pluck you
and give you to someone
Jasmine flower, oh Jasmine flower!
